You can submit your requisition forms electronically here.  Forms are also available in the office.

Please note that anyone looking to make any technology requests, should complete the Technology Request form prior to submitting a requisition to the PTO.

Please check the budget to see what is allocated for the 2023-2024 school year. Periodic updates are sent to faculty & staff as part of the CES Communicator.
